Will Johnson
Will Johnson is Chairman/President and sole owner of Visage Energy Corp., a natural gas marketing company, which was formed in 1990 after 15 years in the banking industry. During his banking career, Will Johnson was a corporate lending officer responsible for lending hundreds of millions of dollars to electric and gas utilities and major oil and gas producers. His client list included Niagara Mohawk, the three California utilities, ARCO, Union Oil, and the Kern River Cogeneration project. He received his MBA from the Wharton Graduate School.

In 2010, Will was honored as a Champion of Diversity by the Utility Marketplace Access Partnership (UMAP) under the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) and in conjunction with the California Public Utility Commission (CPUC). Will was an invited participant in a CPUC hearing in 2003 that addressed ways to improve the Commission's women, minority and disabled veteran's business enterprise (WMDVBE) program and how to advance utility workforce diversity.
In January of 2001, Will Johnson accepted a consulting assignment with Williams Energy Marketing & Trading. He assisted Williams in exploring and evaluating liquidity and risk mitigation issues from non-traditional financing sources and in exploring and evaluating technology opportunities with the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL).
Will Johnson is a member of the Board of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners/Department of Energy (NARUC/DOE) WMBE Energy Market Access Partnership Board.
In 1998, Will Johnson was presented with the DOE's "Outstanding Business Person of the Year" Award. He formulated and developed a unique financing facility, the Funds Transfer Agent Agreement (FTAA), to assist women and minority-owned companies, and other non-minority emerging companies.

As President of Visage Energy Corp., Will Johnson is responsible for:
- Aggregation of natural gas supplies for sale to West Coast utilities.
- All phases of supporting administrative documentation, i.e., contracts, letters of credit, invoicing, etc.
- Having participated as a member of the Finance Committee of DOE's WMBE Roundtable.
- Developing the Funds Transfer Agent Agreement (FTAA) financing facility, which provided over $200 million of financing to Roundtable participants.
As President of Consultants Nouveau, Will Johnson provides consulting services to several corporate clients.
As a Vice-President at Banque Paribas, he had overall account responsibility for several oil companies, utilities, and entertainment companies.
As a Vice-President at Fargo Energy Corp., he formulated the initial Form-10, and rearranged debts with creditors while Fargo Energy was emerging from reorganization.
As an Assistant Vice-President at Bank of California, he determined through credit analysis the feasibility of approving loan requests for onshore and offshore drilling companies, gasoline marketer/small refinery, utilities, and major petroleum companies.
As an Account Officer at Citibank Corporate Lending, he was responsible for the overall client accounts of 12 electric utilities and natural gas pipeline companies and responsible for credit analysis and administrative management for loans totaling over $350,000,000.
At the Wharton Graduate School, Will Johnson majored in Business Finance with emphasis on Speculative Markets, Financial Analysis and Corporate Finance. He conducted advance study projects on Minority Enterprise Small Business Investment Corporation (MESBIC). At Temple University, he majored in Accounting with associated interest in Finance and Marketing Strategy.

Daryl-Lynn Roberts
As Vice President of Business Development at Visage Energy, Daryl-Lynn Johnson Roberts is responsible for developing and cultivating new business opportunities as well as relationships with major energy companies. Most notably, she started a clean technology consulting group, as a subdivision within Visage Energy, which is focused on assisting technology developers in accelerating the commercialization of Carbon Capture and Sequestration technologies, an emerging fossil fuel based climate change mitigation tool. In an effort to offer clients not only business expertise, but also technical, she assisted in cultivating a strategic alliance with SRI International. Daryl-Lynn received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School in 2004.More
From 2004-2006, Daryl-Lynn served as Senior Credit Officer of Visage Energy’s natural gas trading division where she was responsible for monitoring credit exposure and default risk for counterparties. In 2006, she earned a 40% equity interest in Visage Energy which is a privately held family business.
Prior to working at Visage Energy, Daryl-Lynn was an Assistant to the President of Moore Clayton & Company (MCC) a London-based private equity services firm where she was involved in preparation of business plans and private placements. While working at MCC, she conducted research on emerging technologies in the energy sector and due diligence on the market potential of key industry sectors.
Prior to receiving her MBA from Harvard Business School, she received her Master of Science in Industrial Engineering in 2002 from Stanford University where her primary emphasis was Entrepreneurship. During that time she also participated in the Mayfield Fellows Program, a highly competitive program limited to twelve top Stanford engineering students per year geared to expose participants to high tech entrepreneurship as well as the venture capital industry. In 2000, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
